Design
Designed by Henry J. Lyons and built by Bennetts Construction, the block is one of the largest in the docklands and offers magnificent views over the Campshires and the River Liffey.
In elevation, the building steps down from nine to five storeys and incorporates a series of generous roof terraces with hard and soft landscaping, boasting unparalleled panoramic views of the River, Customs House, the Samuel Beckett Bridge, the Convention Centre, and of the Dublin Mountains to the south.
The building boasts large meeting rooms, cafes, kitchen and a bar on the upper levels. In addition, the building was designed to meet the highest environmental, sustainable and digital connectivity standards, achieving a LEED Gold Certification V4 with a BER A3 building energy rating.
